Hiatus Haiku

rescued daffs 27.3.16

I’m falling down on my resolution to post at least a haiku every day, which doesn’t bode well for Napowrimo.  Having written next to nothing for the last couple of days, these 17 syllables are hardly great productivity!   The daffs were rescued from a pot on the patio when storm Katie became too wild on Saturday.

  2. Isn’t spring fever ironic–just when we need the energy for cleaning, gardening, playing…?

  4. I think it’s perfect…the ebb and flow of writing is natural…you really brought a lot of haiku this month so the small break may be just what was needed to hit April the way you’d like. Beautiful Daffodils you rescued! 🙂

I find haiku very difficult, so personally, I think you’ve done brilliantly this month.
