More Wild for Sally

Celie's windy washing line

Wild windy washing
Fat jeans don’t flatter owner –
wait until it’s calm

Strong pegs are needed
when weather wildly wilful –
keep laundry on line

Ages ago this photograph appeared on Celie’s wonderful blog, and I knew at once I had to steal it   Fortunately, Celie is remarkably generous with her pictures.

That looks like a catamaran fish!
If there is an airfield nearby, you could hire them out as an airsock …

  2. love the picture. The wind blew some of my clothes right off the line the other day. So, yes, stronger pegs for sure!

  5. I haven’t seen clothes on a line in years. I do miss them. Not allowed here. ;( Strong pegs. I like that term. Now I’m nostalgic. Have a wonderful day.
