Slow progress

black and white top ready to sandwich

The top is ready to sandwich, but I haven’t the energy  this morning, having taken a longish litter-picking walk in the sun.  I plan to quilt a grid in the centre panel, and to use the top and bottom bits of this stencil   black and white top, quilting design sencil in the triangles and border, if I can mark it well enough.

  2. This is beautiful, what a talent you have. I have a neighbour who quilts exquisitely. She made me a quilt for my grandson Stanley- a work of art.

  6. Very pretty. The center block is simple but a little different and very interesting, and the proportions overall are good. I make a lot of medallion quilts so enjoy seeing what other people do with them. Thanks for showing it.

This looks gorgeous VIv. What do you use to mark the design? I’m still searching for a method that suits me.
