The honeymoon was over
What did I discover?
Chatty, became morose
Passionate became cold
Fascinating became boring
Love had been blind.

    It’s sad when that’s the truth.
    I tried to convince myself that my marriage was right. It never was, but I guess it had to be so I could have my kids, whom I wouldn’t trade for anything.
