Wordle 145

Today’s Wordle words didn’t really gel with me – they needed pressure to force them into a poem – always disastrous.  I’ll probably be re-write it later without most of them!

Juggling with job and family
days too full, time inelastic.
Always in a state of panic,
plans aborted – solution drastic.
Decide priorities, sustain essentials
neglect housework, unashamed .
Facilitate sanity, embrace inanity,
laughter, an aspect that ought to be central.
Have lots of fun with games harebrained.

Their childhood passes far too quickly –
blink once or twice you find you’ve missed it.
Before you know it, they’re pushing fifty
and you are old with time to spare.
Use that time to write about it.

  13. You made me smile with your thought of rewriting without the words! Yes, we do need to do more laughter, games and enjoy! How do we slow it all down?
