Six-word-Saturday

Week went from bad to better

It is so unlike my energetic husband to sit about doing nothing, to let me drive him anywhere, not to complain, that I knew he was really ill.  Decisive action was needed, and taken and now he is on the mend and making dreadful puns again. Glorious sunshine helped to cheer us up.

Some patchwork projects were completed and despatched to various recipients.  Ideas for the next are churning around in my head.  My sewing group produced the usual tower of babel effect, and was stuffed with coffee and walnut cake plus a gorgeous tarte tatin brought by one of the ladies.

My poem Probability Equation won this week’s Trifextra and a few new poems found their way onto my blog.  Today is Jock’s birthday, which he prefers to forget.
