I have a friend who does quilting and am filled with admiration at what she achieves. Sadly I’m only good at sticking the needle in my finger!
Love that Impressionist block in the square-of-squares. All the rest, of course, but that one speaks to me. Just little squares: quilts are amazing.
Good God, those animals are stunning. I love the water lily, but can’t get over that the animals are stitched, not painted.
And, as you update, I shall have to remember to stop by and look.

The camel is very unusual.
Not in this house! Jock has embroidered about 8 camel pictures, six of which are in the sitting room, either side of the chimney.
