    Laughing ! Well, at least you can laugh 10 years later.
    I did the same to my parents well into my 40s. I dread thinking that my own children will do the same to me!

    Todd was not hanging in space but on another peice of rock – probably bigger than mine. I was also a bit beyond adolescence and Todd is a very experienced climber http://www.joshuatreeclimb.com/HistoryGuest/profiles/pretoddgordon.htm.
    As I have my own son now I am older and wiser but am still teaching him to climb in those rock boots!
