Peace

Ralph Waldo Emerson said
For every minute you remain angry,
you give up sixty seconds
of peace of mind”

There is no health in rage.
Better far save anger
for the horrors of war,
injustice and cruelty.

Keep the peace within
the home, without rancour.

The Poets Pub asks us to think about peace, within and without
