Postcard from Normandy

Dear Aunty Swift,

Arrived in the North
after long stormy flight.
Lodgings good
wide ledges high
in sheltered car port.
Lots of flies to eat -
only snag, a pesky cat.
Wish you were here

Love
Martin

  3. Hello. Thanks for visit. An LP is a lesson plan. An ILP is an individualized LP. I barely survived the jargon of my profession. LOL. Thanks for prompt I add a footnote.

I came looking for humor and was rewarded. Thank you! I chuckled out loud.

  5. Thank-you. Had a great chuckle and your choice of speaker made me consider I seldom – if ever – think to write from a perspective other than human. Thank-you!

Totally different take, swiftus literatus! Wonderful.

Thank you Misky. I’ve just read yours – what a coincidence! Not much golf in these parts, but lots of good food (the flies have gone now – Martin ate them all).

I love it when you leave a Reply
